GeForce RTX 5080 Super 記憶體配置為 24GB GDDR7，預計採用代號 GB203-450 的 Blackwell GPU 架構晶片，擁有 10752 CUDA Cores，這與目前 GeForce RTX 5080 的 CUDA Cores 數量一致，沒有任何變化。只是，GeForce RTX 5080 的 TGP（Total Graphics Power）為 360W，但目前傳出的 GeForce RTX 5080 Super 會提升至 400W 以上。
GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super 記憶體配置與 GeForce RTX 5080 Super 相同，皆為 24GB GDDR7。然而，與 GeForce RTX 5080 系列相同，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super 與非 Super 的 GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 在 CUDA Cores 部分並未有提升。
然而，GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super 的 TGP 會提升至 350W，較 GeForce RTX 5070 高出 50W。
記得我們在 GeForce RTX 5070 Super 文章中提到的，現階段沒有任何 NVIDIA AIC 合作夥伴收到 GeForce RTX 50 Super 系列的開案通知，也許 3 款 GeForce RTX 50 Super 的規格可能會在後續有所變動，特別是 TGP 部分。
至於 GeForce RTX 50 Super 上市時間，我們目前推測是 CES 2026 之後，也就是 2026 年 1 月至 2 月間，只是這要取決於 NVIDIA AIC 合作夥伴何時收到開案通知。
