在 MWC 2015 發表後至今，HTC GRIP 已經多次推遲其發售時間。
HTC 在 MWC 2015 發表的 VIVE 與 GRIP 關注度至今仍較 HTC One M9 與 HTC One M9+ 要高，但其中與 Under Armour 合作的 GRIP 手環卻一再推遲發售時間。
在 7 月份，就曾有消息提到，HTC GRIP 將會在 2015 年底發售。
然而，最新消息卻顯示，這款穿戴式裝置發售時間會推遲至 2016 年第一季。

在聲明中不難發現到，HTC 並沒有以「GRIP」來稱呼，反倒是用了「Connected Fitness Platform」來形容這款產品。
目前 Under Armour 已經擁有「Record」這個 app，同時還有許多與運動相關的器材和用品，未來加入穿戴式裝置後，可能會提升使用者對 Under Armour 這個運動品牌的依賴程度。根據數據顯示，Under Armour 在美國的品牌喜愛度已經超越 Adidas，排在 Nike 之後。
