NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列顯示卡的大部分資訊是已知事實，NVIDIA 也在美國時間 1 月 8 日正式公佈了 3 款採用 Ada Lovelace GPU 架構的 GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列顯示卡，至於這次 GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列會包含最先開賣的 GeForce RTX 4070 Super、GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 以及 GeForce RTX 4080 Super 在內。
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列的媒體簡報中，只有給出 Shader Cores（TFLOPS）、RT Cores（TFLOPS）與 Tensor Cores（AI TOPS）的效能表現，並未提供任何 CUDA Cores 數字供參考。

GeForce RTX 4070 Super 採用… NVIDIA 提供的簡報未提及，但從過去的資料可以確認，GeForce RTX 4070 Super 這款顯示卡採用的是 AD104-350，與 GeForce RTX 4070 的 AD104-250 在 CUDA Cores 部分有 20% 的差距（7168 vs 5888）。
GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 這次提升至 16GB GDDR6x 記憶體，同時 GPU 也升級至 AD103-275；GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6x 為 AD104-400，兩者的 CUDA Cores 分別是 8448 與 7680。
GeForce RTX 4080 Super 的 CUDA Cores 則是從 GeForce RTX 4080 的 9728 提升至 10240，使用代號 AD103-400 的 GPU。
在系列 GeForce RTX 40 Super 顯示卡中，GeForce RTX 4070 Super 是提升最為顯著，也因為如此，其 TGP（Total Graphics Power）也從 GeForce RTX 4070 的 200W 升級至 220W，因此顯示卡本身必須強制使用 12VHPWR 接頭。
Ada Lovelace GPU 架構的 GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列支援 DLSS 3，其中 GeForce RTX 4070 Super 與 GeForce RTX 4080 Super 將會提供 Founders Edition 版本，至於開賣時間與建議售價分別如下：

效能提升，售價向下，但對於目前已經擁有 GeForce RTX 40 系列的使用者來說，更換至 GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列可能沒有那麼划算，至於那些尚在使用 GTX 10 或是 RTX 20 系列的使用者，可能是一個不錯的升級時機。
