相較於 GeForce RTX 4070 Ti，新登場的 GeForce RTX 4070 更得我們愛。
NVIDIA 在 Ada Lovelace 架構的作法有點出乎意料，因為在 GeForce RTX 4070 系列中，率先推出「Ti」級別的 GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 後，才推出沒有「Ti」的 GeForce RTX 4070 顯示卡；GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 沒有 Founders Edition，但 GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 則是第一時間送至我們手上。
Ada Lovelace 架構現在從 GeForce RTX 4090、RTX 4080、RTX 4070 Ti 到 RTX 4070 共有 4 款產品在市場。
不同於過去的 GeForce RTX 4070 Ti、RTX 4080 到旗艦的 RTX 4090 顯示卡，新推出的 GeForce RTX 4070 可以見到 PCIe 8 PIN 的回顧，這不是因為 NVIDIA 放棄了 12VHPWR 接頭，而是因為 GeForce RTX 4070 的 TGP 低於 215W，因此被允許使用傳統的 PCIe 8 PIN 設計。
當然，也有部分 GeForce RTX 4070 使用 12VHPWR 接頭，好比是 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition。
相當讓我們意外的就是 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 竟然有 Founders Edition，而我們也在第一時間收到 NVIDIA 寄出的 GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 進行測試；後續還會有 ASUS、GIGABYTE 與 MSI 的 GeForce RTX 4070 顯示卡陸續登場。
如果與 GeForce RTX 4080 與 RTX 4090 Founders Edition 相比較的話，全新的 GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 基本上可以用小巧、可愛來形容它。
至於與 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Founders Edition 比較的話，明顯見到同樣是雙風扇設計的 Ada Lovelace 架構、GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 顯示卡確實小很多。
就如前面提到，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 維持 12VHPWR 接頭設計，因此但因 TGP 設定在 200W，因此附贈的轉接線為 2x 8 PIN to 12VHPWR，但手上有 3x 8 PIN 或是 4x 8 PIN 的轉接線都能搭配 GeForce RTX 4070 顯示卡使用。

5888 CUDA Cores、184 4th Gen Tensor Cores、46 3rd Gen RT Cores、36MB L2 Cache、12GB GDDR6X 記憶體以及 200W TGP（Total Graphics Power），以上，是 GeForce RTX 4070 顯示卡的重點數字。
因為是 Ada Lovelace 架構，所以 GeForce RTX 4070 除了 3rd Gen RT Cores、4th Gen Tensor Cores、Shader Execution Reordering（SER）以及 DLSS 3 技術外，也少不了 AV1 Codec 的 8th Gen NVENC 硬體加速技術。
與 Ampere 架構的 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 相比較的話，可以注意到 GeForce RTX 4070 規格強化不少，但 2 張顯示卡的 TGP 則差了 90W 之多；Ampere 架構的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 為 290W，至於 Ada Lovelace 架構的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 為 200W。
至於單 PCIe 8 Pin 是否能夠使用超過 150W，這一點應該不用懷疑，而且還有 PCIe 匯流排可以提供最多 75W 的前提下，單一 PCIe 8 Pin 的 GeForce RTX 4070 絕對沒問題。
介紹了那麼多，重頭戲當然就是 GeForce RTX 4070 的效能到底在哪裡，與 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 又有多大差距，接下來就是 GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 的實測。

3DMark 表現領先 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 應該是不怎麼意外的事情，DirectX 12 與 DirectX 11 的項目領先幅度在 8 – 16% 之間，但 Ray Tracing 部分，GeForce RTX 4070 則是領先了 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 有 35% 之多。

Creator 測試項目中，這次新增了 Stable Diffusion 和 Omniverse Create Viewport 兩個大項目，比較有趣的是 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 在 Omniverse Create Viewport 中的 Incense 和 Warehouse 測試項目中因 8GB 記憶體不足而無法完成該項目。
跟著來看看 GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 溫度、風扇轉速與 TGP 表現。
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 的風扇轉速平均在 1614 R.P.M 的原廠預設條件下，GPU 溫度則是落在 64.4°C。至於 TGP 部分，可以見到平均值在 191.2W，而且顯示卡也只有在瞬間會到 200W，大部分條件下沒法達到如此大瓦數。

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 的 Graphics Processing Clusters、Texture Processing Cluster 與 Streaming Microprocessors 都要比 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 少，以至於 GeForce RTX 4070 只有 5888 CUDA Cores。
不過，由於 Ada Lovelace 架構的提升，整體表現都較 Ampera 架構具優勢。
這部分，我們也可以從 TGP 從 290W 下降至 200W 中發現到，當然 TSMC 製程的提升也有一定幫助在。TGP 下降，可以不用擔心暑假電費增加的問題，畢竟台灣從 4 月 1 日開始調整電費計價方式，再加上夏季電費時段是從 6 月 1 日開始至 9 月 30 日。
前面有提到，DirectX 11 與 DirectX 12 的遊戲與測試，GeForce RTX 4070 領先 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 至多 20%，但碰到 Ray Tracing 與 DLSS 3 支援的遊戲後，可以清楚見到 Ada Lovelace 架構的 3rd Gen RT Cores 與 4th Gen Tensor Cores 優勢完全展現，讓 GeForce RTX 4070 與 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 的差距完全拉開。
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition 短小的設計，其實相當吸引我們，對於想要小巧機殼的玩家來說，可能是一個相當不錯的選擇，但前提是這些玩家不追求 4K 解析度畫質。
如果想要 4K 高畫質解析度，我們建議選擇 GeForce RTX 4080 或是旗艦的 GeForce RTX 4090 顯示卡，特別是 GeForce RTX 4090，它絕對不會讓你失望，但就稍微辛苦了錢包君…
與 GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 相同，GeForce RTX 4070 適合 1080p 或是 1440p 解析度高畫質遊戲的玩家們，但在功耗降低的情況下，我們認為 GeForce RTX 4070 現階段更適合推薦給 1080p 或是 1440p 遊戲玩家，若是遊戲有支援 Ray Tracing 或是 DLSS 3，那就會有更佳遊戲體驗。
