回到單一 PCIe 8 PIN 供電設計，對消費者來說是好事。
其實在過去我們針對 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 顯示卡的報導中就有提到，這款 AD104-250 晶片的產品，將允許更改會 PCIe 8 PIN 供電設計，而相關的內容也被德國網站 Igor’s Lab 證實。
不過，在該報導中可能有些地方讓人誤會，因此我們與部分 NVIDIA 的 AIC 合作夥伴確認如下：
1. AD104-250 的 GeForce RTX 4070 只允許單 PCIe 8 PIN 供電設計，NVIDIA 沒有開放，或者是允許 AIC 合作夥伴進行雙 PCIe 8 PIN 供電；
2. 單 PCIe 8 PIN 最高 TGP 為 215W，若想要超過 215W，只能使用 12VHPWR 接口；
3. NVIDIA 目前只允許 215W；
12GB GDDR6X 記憶體配置的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 預計 4 月 13 日開賣。
However, there may be some misunderstandings in the report, so we have confirmed the following with some of NVIDIA’s AIC partners:
The GeForce RTX 4070 of AD104-250 only allows a single PCIe 8 PIN power supply design, and NVIDIA has not opened up or allowed AIC partners to provide dual PCIe 8 PIN power supply.
The maximum TGP for a single PCIe 8 PIN is 215W. If you want to exceed 215W, you can only use the 12VHPWR interface.
NVIDIA currently only allows up to 215W.
