比我們原先推估的時間要早了些許，但 NVIDIA 終於敲定 GeForce RTX 4090 D 的上市時間。
採用 AD102-250 GPU 的 GeForce RTX 4090 D 僅會在中國市場販售，用以取代被禁售的 GeForce RTX 4090，而現在中國超能網確認 GeForce RTX 4090 D 會 12 月 28 日正式於中國市場發表；此訊息也獲得我們的消息確認。
AD102-250 GPU 的 GeForce RTX 4090 D CUDA Cores 要比 GeForce RTX 4090 低，這主要是為了符合 4800 TPP（Total Processing Performance）的限制；GeForce RTX 4090 擁有 16,384 CUDA Cores，至於 GeForce RTX 4090 D 的實際 CUDA Cores 究竟有多少，應該很快會出現在網路上…
因為 CUDA Cores 的下調，讓 GeForce RTX 4090 D 從原先的 450W，下調至 425W TGP（Total Graphics Power）。最重要的是，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 D 不允許超頻。
雖然 CUDA Cores 被砍了一刀，但 GeForce RTX 4090 D 的 Base Clock 會比 GeForce RTX 4090 高，只是 Boost Clock 維持與 GeForce RTX 4090 相同（2520MHz）。
24GB GDDR6x 記憶體配置的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 D，其中國建議售價會與 GeForce RTX 4090 相同，為 12,999 人民幣，約新台幣 57,123 元左右。
據我們消息告知，各 AIC 合作夥伴已經完成打樣，但 AD102-250 量產晶片目前尚未收到。
GeForce RTX 4090 D 在中國市場上市後，2024 年 1 月份 NVIDIA 將會在全球市場推出 GeForce RTX 40 Super 系列，這裡面包含 GeForce RTX 4070 Super、GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 以及 GeForce RTX 4080 Super 在內。
