Intel 的 13th 與 14th Gen 系列處理器，也就是 Raptor Lake 與 Raptor Lake Refresh 出現不少問題，導致使用者碰到系統不穩定問題而出現許許多多使用體驗不佳問題。在 Intel 出面確認問題，並預計在 8 月中釋出新版本 microcode 給主機板廠之後，Intel 再次針對 13th 與 14th Gen 系列處理器釋出新公告。
在最新公告中，Intel 將針對 13th 與 14th Gen 系列處理器推出延長保固條款，意味著 13th 與 14th Gen 系列的盒裝處理器將獲得額外的 2 年延長保固。
雖然 Intel 將針對盒裝處理器提供額外 2 年保固，但任何細節方面並沒有在這份公告中提到。
不知道後續 Intel 會不會提供 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器使用者，以優惠價格購入 Arrow Lake 的 Intel Core Ultra 2 系列處理器。
