NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition 效能我們在 10 月 27 日晚間已經見到，但各個合作夥伴（AIC）的自製卡則是要等到 10 月 29 日才能上架、解禁。
系列顯示卡測試將包含 ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070、TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 以及 EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra。
EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 與老大哥 GeForce RTX 3090 和老二 GeForce RTX 3080 採用相同的外觀與 3 風扇散熱器設計，但不同的地方在於原本的濺鍍導光條更換為一般勻光塑料導光條設計。
顯示卡上也有提供 5V Addressable RGB Header。
這款顯示卡使用的 FTW3 散熱器使用了 6 根半 U 型熱導管，2 根為 D8，餘下 4 根為 D6；雖然較 3080 FTW3 的 7 根熱導管少，但 GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 的散熱表現實際上相當優異，這部分會在後面提到。此外，PCB 部分也有透氣設計，強化了散熱器的散熱效果以及讓噪音有效降低 5% 左右。
GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 的 TGP 設定為 260W，PCB 上可以見到 2 個 PCIe 8 Pin 供電。
I/O 配置與 GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition 相同，可以見到 DisplayPort 1.4 x3 以及 HDMI 2.1 x1。
5888 CUDA Cores 的 GA104 晶片 EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 的基本 GPU Clock 為 1500MHz，而 Boost Clock 則是到 1815MHz，較 Founders Edition 的 1730MHz 高出不少，也因為如此，所以 EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 的 260W TGP 較 Founders Edition 的 230W 高。

我們以 UL 提供的 3DMark 中的 Time Spy Extreme 模式進行 30 個迴圈的壓力測試，可以見到 GPU 溫度平均在 60 度，而此時候的風扇轉速平均在 1610rpm；GPU Boost Clock 平均在 1980MHz。
顯示卡的平均 TGP 在 260W，與 EVGA 官方給出的沒有差異。

3 風扇設計的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 在溫度表現較 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition 低上 5 度左右，以 260W TGP 的壓制能力來說，FTW3 Ultra 所使用的散熱器可以說相當強悍。
RGB 跑馬燈效果依舊流暢，且有別於 GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 具金屬質感的燈光，GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 則是充分發揮 LED 的特色，去除濺鍍後的燈殼，讓顯色更加鮮艷飽和。
對於 GeForce RTX 3070 的評價，我們在 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition 就已經提過，這裡就不需要多作敘述。至於想要購買 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 顯示卡的消費者，EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra 列入考慮範圍內可能是必須的，但最終還是得看售價以及預算是否在預算內。
