Intel：13th、14th Gen 系列盒裝處理器外，2 年延長保固涵蓋 OEM、SI 與散裝版

這次延長保固涵蓋散裝版本，然後還列出了可能受影響的型號。

經歷了多災多難的一週，Intel 針對 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器的 2 年延長保固條款，這次又做了些許更改。

美國時間 8 月 2 日，Intel 針對 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器推出延長 2 年保固的政策，用以消除使用者對於這系列處理器後續所衍生的問題，然而，相關政策在推出之後負面消息迅速在全球網路發酵，這裡面的原因除了 Intel 當下只有針對盒裝處理器提供延長 2 年保固，卻沒有涵蓋一些零售通路出現的非盒裝（Tray）13th、14th Gen 系列處理器外，更重要的是，在 Intel 推出額外 2 年延長保固條款前，就有不少使用者就碰到處理器不受保的情況發生。

Intel 台灣在 8 月 5 日針對 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器釋出中文版本的聲明稿：

在 Intel Community 最新的聲明中，我們已經見到 Intel 已經針對非盒裝的 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器提供額外的 2 年延長保固。

For users who are or have previously experienced instability symptoms on their Intel Core 13th/14th Gen Desktop processors and need to initiate the return & exchange process:

• Boxed Processors – please contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance.
• Tray Processors – please contact your place of purchase for further assistance.
• OEM/System Integrator Intel Core 13th/14th Gen-powered desktop system – please contact your system manufacturer for further assistance.

受到影響，並確認獲得 2 年延長保固的 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器共計 14 款型號，裡面包含 KS、KF、K 以及 non K 系列。

Intel 會在 8 月中旬釋出新版本的 microcode 讓主機板廠提供新版 BIOS 改善 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器的演算法，用以改善電壓問題，但請記得，所有發生問題的處理器是不可逆的，若使用 13th、14th Gen 系列處理器碰到不穩定等問題，請立即將相關處理器報修。
